Documentation of ten video installations and interviews with the artists who participated in the project jointly sponsored by Western Front and the Video In in Vancouver, 1986. Each work was recorded in the process of construction. Included were artists Tomiyo Sasaki, Barbara Steinman, Ian Carr-Harris, David Tomas, Paul Wong, Kate Craig, Cornelia Wyngaarden, Max Dean, Randy and Berenicci, and Vera Frenkel.
