The four parts of this video present an event without offering a specific interpretation. There are predominant features in each of the parts which could refer them to the four natural elements: fire, earth, air and water. Each element is taken out of the context of nature and placed in one or more artificial contexts. This video is produced in collaboration with Sylvaine Martin, a participant in the music program at the Banff Centre.
