This tape attempts to analyze possible narrative structures by utilizing subjects that act as signifiers for themselves only. The implicit subject of the tape is its form. The viewer becomes more aware of camera techniques, timing and soundtrack when these devices are used in conjunction with the unorthodox cast. The larger structure of the whole tape with its six chapters or parts and recurring elements functions as a form of narrative context which presents its content through regulated segments.

Cette bande tente d'analyser les possibilités des structures narratives, en utilisant des objets selon leurs fonctions réelles. La forme du vidéo en constitue le sujet implicite. Les utilisations et répartitions inhabituelles de la caméra, du temps et de la bande sonore sensibilisent le spectateur à ces fonctions. L'oeuvre comprend six parties distinctes dans lesquelles des éléments répétitifs tissent un fond narratif; la disposition de certains plans révèle le contenu.
