"With the production of this tape, I mainly intend to address the misrepresentation of the issues of marriage, the family, and career by the media, specifically television sit-coms. I wish to contrast this media representation with excerpts from sociological texts that address these issues. My interest is to encourage the use of this tape to stimulate discussion around the issues of media, romantic love, family life, and employment.
