Eddie Constantine est décédé au printemps 1993. profitant de son passage au Festival international du nouveau cinéma et de la vidéo de Montréal en 1986, l'auteur l'entrevue sur les différentes époques de cinéma qu'il a connues. Avec sa voix si singulière, il nous raconte sa vie d'acteur, ses succès, ses rencontres avec d'importants cinéastes, tels Jean-Luc Godard, Rainer Fassbinder et Werner Schroeter, et quelques anecdotes sur l'art de "jouer au cinéma".

Eddie Constantine died in the Spring of 1993. Luc Bourdon had interviewed him at the 1986 Montreal International Festival of New Cinema and Video. This video reveals aspects of the several periods of film history that Constantine was a part of. In his inimitable voice, he talks about his life as an actor, the high points of his career, and his encounters with important filmmakers such as Jean-Luc Godard, Rainer Fassbinder, and Werner Schroeter, contributing anecdotes about the art of film acting.
