Balwin is one of 25 000 immigrants who integrate each year into the Quebec community. In this fiction-documentary, the whole process of Balwin's integration at Sainte-Cécile school is reconstructed. From interviews gathered from children, teachers and the school principal, Mrs. Louise Laurin, we discover why this neighbourhood is so efficient and well-liked.
Balwin est un des 25 000 immigrants qui s'intègrent chaque année à la communauté québécoise. Dans cette fiction-documentaire, tout le processus d'intégration de Balwin à l'école Sainte-Cécile est reconstitué et nous découvrons peu à peu les raisons qui rendent cette école de quartier se efficace et si appréciée.
