Love Potion

Love Potion is an operetta that takes place in a studio apartment. A woman breast feeding her baby draws the attention of her husband's friends - but not enough to interfere with their enjoyment of the televised baseball game. The men's fascination and repulsion towards the breast milk illustrates our culture's view of bodily functions, our fear of disease, and our relationship to the natural world.
