Twentieth Century Child, a program about a seven year old child and her birth defects. The videotape is a collage of images choreographed and set to original music by Carl Stone. The images give a close-up view of her body and its handicaps, her extraordinary resourcefulness and indominatable wholeness.
A brief account of the tragic epidemic of birth defects is woven throughout her personal history and the images.
