Sudz is a sociological/environmental process study of laundromats across Southern Ontario. Essentially a documentary in form, experimental elements are present throughout the work. Being that this docu-survey was intended to examine the atmosphere of a rather mundane social institution, the warmness and inherent humour is built throughout the work, as emphasis on the clientele unveils itself. The two person crew had visited several laundromats in a short period of time. Each place is illustrated independently and the presentation is in chronological order.
