Can the speech of real life conjugate itself with exemplary acts? Theory and Practice embody two females who, although not genetic twins, resemble each other remarkabley (at least in their surface styles). These two exist independently of one another in their respective states of involution, but aspire to symbiotic union. This is the single monitor version of the multi-channel installation. Act 1 (version 1&2) is the first set of a larger series bearing the same title, comprised of Act 11, Act 111 and an epilogue (format borrowed from the 70's television series Canon.)
