The intention of the tape is to depict an archetypical base from which "the artist" is seen to create. For this, the images used are taken from those provided by the Creation Myth in the Book of Genesis. They are treated in a literal and somewhat tongue-in-cheek fashion. Colour is a very strong element. The performer faces a different colour as he manipulates the elements assigned to each of the days of creation. These same colours are then gathered together and used to protray the artists basic ingredient of colour to create "art works". Other issues are touched upon such as contemplation, involvement of self, pain, collaboration, etc. which are part of the creation process.
