Un travelling de la ville, capté à partir d'une automobile en mouvement, transforme le paysage urbain en une ligne de couleurs et s'arrête sur l'image d'un oeil scrutant des dessins de plantes.

The Eye of the Storm is for us the botanical garden at the centre of the city. We had protected settlements before to keep away wild animals, poisonnous plants and other dangers. Now the situation is reversed. We have cities and in the centre of the city a park and in the middle of the park a greenhouse to protect the plants. This is for us the eye of the storm.
