Creating Bridges

1988, 28:00 minutes, English

TAPECODE 9315

Stories about the journey from exile to settlement by immigrant women from Latin America come together in the form of a play created and performed by those women. The project came from the sense that the natural theatrical qualities inherent in most Latin American women, if nurtured and developed, could help them move beyond the positions of isolation common to most immigrant women.
