A collaboration between the Grievous Angels, nine visual artists, and the miners and their families in North Ontario. Each artist was asked to respond to a song developed for the CD. Stories unfold through audio interviews and research into the histories of and around life in the hard-rock mining towns of the north. As well, information about White Fingers, Syllicosis and other health related diseases common to miners are discussed.
Included within the CD ROM is a record of all the mining accidents in Ontario from 1892 to 1994.
