Liss Platt and Kelly Dolak

1999, 06:00 minutes, colour, English

This videotape examines our (the two makers') relationship (as butch women) to purses. Forms and tropes from contemporary popular horror films and experimental/Surrealist films from the 20s are utilized to explore the psycho-sexual dimensions of our experience and playfully present purses as a 'threat' to masculinity (in this case, female masculinity).
