Tuesday Auditions is a 'cine-poem' that shows how the digital revolution is providing storytellers from all over the world the tools to tell their stories on film. It was primarily produced in Peterborough, some editing was done at the Liaison of Independent Filmmakers in Toronto (LIFT).

Tuesday Auditions is a cine-poem in which the audio and visual images that accompany the poem create a number of subtexts. On the surface, Tuesday Auditions is about a poet who meets his girlfriends' parents. Her parents ask him to read a poem and he recites one that he has written about their daughter. They are not pleased. In its entirety Tuesday Auditions is much more. It is a very layered piece.

Written by Jeramy Dodds, it is his first film. His poems have been published in a number of reviews and he has self-published a number of chapbooks. Jeramy currently lives in Iceland.
