Willing To Learn is the sequal to Words, Full Frame's very popular video on illiteracy in Canada. This time the producers focus on the Caribbean island of St. Vincent and the imaginative programmes for teaching literacy through drama.
Willing To Learn is a drama about one young woman and her desire to change. Her first step is joining a literacy class.
Although the story is set in St. Vincent, many Canadian women will find similarities in Dacia's story, with their own lives. Most of all Willing To Learn is a story of personal change: of the desire to change and the fear and difficulty of doing so.
