In A Darkened Room
1993, 10:20 minutes, B&W, English
TAPECODE 9823
In everyone there exists both a good and an evil persona or identity. This contrast of good and evil is what makes it possible for the individual to maintain a sense of spiritual or existential balance. In a Darkened Room takes place in a surreal world, presenting us with an individual who refuses to accept his evil persona, rejecting his alter ego and this concept of duality. He faces the incarnation of his darker half, and his denial results in the termination of his being.
