Ryan Conrad is an activist, artist, and teacher who immigrated to Canada from the United States in 2011. His work focuses on queer identity, history, politics, and pleasure. He holds a PhD from the Centre for Interdisciplinary Studies in Society and Culture at Concordia University and an MFA in interdisciplinary studio arts from the Maine College of Art.
