Before submitting your request please read this important information:

Vtape is a non-profit arts organization that represents the work of a range of non-commercial video artists and producers. The organization returns 70% of all distribution revenues to the artists whose work we represent.

FEES: Fees are set with reference to professional rates guidelines set by professional associations such as the Independent Media Arts Alliance and collegial organizations, in consultation with our artists. Fees are non-negotiable.

SHIPPING: Clients are responsible for all shipping charges. Additional fees will be charged for rush requests (for North America, less than three weeks prior to the date we will need to ship the materials; for the rest of the world, less than four weeks prior to the date we are required to ship the materials).

LATE RETURNS: Additional fees will be charged for late returns of exhibition materials or previews. Unreturned materials will be billed to the client as a purchase with public performance rights.

VIDEO FORMATS: Not all titles are available in all standards and formats. Additional fees and time may be required for transfers to a specific requested format or for PAL conversion.
