Lesley Bell is a visual artist and former professional librarian. She was professional support staff in the Department of Visual Arts at the Marilyn I. Walker School of Fine and Performing Arts at Brock University, St. Catharines, Ontario.

She also managed Brock University’s Fine Art Collection from 1999 to 2018. Upon retirement, she continues with personal curiosity-driven research projects.
