James Nattall began working in sculpture and installations work around 1995. He moved toward film and video in 1988 and has produced and directed "Can You See Me Now" and co-directed "Body of Dissent; Lesbian and Gay Mennonite and Brethren Continue The Journey". He continues to develop aspects of film and video production by working as a Director of Photography and Video editor.
