Diane Nerwen

Diane Nerwen is a video artist and media arts educator. She has shown her experimental and documentary videos internationally at festivals, galleries and museums, including screenings at the Berlin Film Festival, the Museum of Modern Art, NY, the Guggenheim Museum, NY, and the Tate Modern, London. Her work has been supported by grants from the New York State Council on the Arts, New York Foundation for the Arts, Experimental Television Center and Creative Capital Foundation. She was awarded a DAAD Artist in Residence Fellowship in Berlin, Germany in 2001. She was born in Montreal, Canada, and move to the US in 1979. She has lived in Brooklyn, NY since 1994.
