Xtra! magazine praises Scott Treleaven's newest video piece titled The Salivation Army as some of the best queer video work of its time. The piece is a faux documentary with a punk film edge that details a boy coming of age. In addition to Treleaven's work, Xtra! writes about other artists appearing at the Worldwide short film festival.
