In this interview, video artist Edward Mowbray discusses the many problems he and other video artists working in Toronto face. Mowbray talks about the difficulty of supporting oneself as a full-time artist, the necessity to create a sense of community, and the importance of having a forum for dialogue between artists. Also addressed is the issue of censorship and the particularly damaging affect it now has on the way work is conceived.
