An in-depth discussion of the practice and works of video artist Kinga Araya. Araya's video works show intense introspection and self-awareness and are in this instance an adaptation of a form of performance. Her art is an art of estrangement that is both critical and political. The sensation of estrangement, combined with transformations of change accentuate the private domain, the works contemplate the passage of time and our place within it.
