Street Culture
Video Guide, Aug. 1984, v. 6, no. 4, pp. 4-5
This review of the video series Street Culture demonstrates the video medium as one which is most appropriate for collecting authentic images and sounds from the streets about the culture that surrounds it. The videoworks discussed in this review are seen as reflecting street life for what it is, rather than creating new situations to show how things could be, or should, be.
