In Caught in The Act, an anthology of performance art by Canadian women, Tagny Duff examines the creation of new forms of performance and video during the 70's and 80's in Vancouver; focusing on how artists and collectives including Carole Itter, Evelyn Roth, the Peanettes, Elizabeth Chitty, the SS Girls and Mona Hatoum used video to address concerns that reflect and challenge feminist ideologies.
