On Signs & Sex: Visual Evidence "A series of video screenings, workshops, and multimedia events about sexuality and sexual images"
Fuse, Fall 1987, v. 11, no. 3, pp. 34-36
This article reviews the Vancouver show Visual Evidence , which sought to explore the feminist critique of sexuality, the growth of gay culture, and the censorship campaign of the era. The article also gives a nice summary of the issues of pornography, the two camps of feminism (for and against) and the role of video in breaking social taboos of sex and sexuality.
