Amy Karlinsky talks about Gunilla Josephson's video: Happy House: the id, the Kid and the Little Red Fireman, A Clean Sweep. A preternatural fireman/clown/magician/Chaplinesque comedien(ne) struggles to define and create "a room of one's own." She then goes on to say we recognize "home's" role in the forging of identity, in the ground of memory.
The article also talks about other artists' work on the notion of "home."
