Artist Isaac Julien discusses his works Darker Side of Black, This Is Not An AIDS Advert, Looking For Langston and Young Soul Rebels in an interview with Bruce Morrow. Julien provides insight to his work upon a backdrop of rap culture, homophobia, Queer culture and the Black Diaspora. Julian has been included in festivals such as the Berlin Film Festival and the Toronto International Film Festival. He was the recipient of the Prix de la Critique at the Cannes Film Festival in 1991.
