Guelph-based video artist Jenn Norton's fist solo post-MFA show is entitled, The Insatiable Appetite of Russian Dolls. Norton is interested in "TV trash culture" and the mass media. Her videos include appropriated clips from MTV, commercials and sproof programs. Norton also takes influence from artist Tom Sherman's essay Before and After the I-Bomb, which too investigates the invasivness of current mass media in life.
