Experimental cinema has found a home at the Montreal Underground Film Festival. Often forgotten by larger film festivals, such as Sundance, experimental cinema has had marginalized screen time because of its subject matter and mode of production. However, the 2007 MUFF roster hosted a number of raunchy, unique and strange works that would have no other place than underground festivals like MUFF.
