Fat of the Land is a documentary that focuses on American dependence on fossil fuels. Fat of the Land features the Lard Car, a van that five performance artists have rewired to run on a mix of vegetable or kitchen grease and sodium chloride (Draino). They toured the country in the Lard Car and used it as a vehicle or education, outreach, activism and humour.
