This overview of Canadian video art in 1983 touches upon three different stories: a landmark exhibition of international video art assembled in Canada (but opening at MoMa (Museum of Modern Art - New York)); a comprehensive festival of video art and technology opening at Harbourfront (Toronto); and lastly, the new appointment of John Goodwin, the former extension co-ordinator at Saskatoon's Mendel Gallery as the director of Art Metropole after AA Bronson's departure.
