Summary and critique of two screenings: Monitoring Sex 1 & 2, and a panel discussion: Going all the Way, which were part of the Visual Evidence exhibition, organized by Sara Diamond and Karen Knights. (April 24-June 28, 1987) In reaction to censorship legislation enacted by the Canadian and US governments, the screenings and discussion intended to present a clear and rational argument against censorship, as it related to sexual content in video art.
