This article reviews the third annual New York Lesbian and Gay Experimental Film Festival. Manohla Dargis describes the festival as a body of work that "explicitly address[es] the unattainable breach between the public and private in the wake of AIDS", with themes devoted to urgency and the AIDS crisis.
