In the latest installment of "Video Art", David Hall brings to the reader's attention an exhibition in Washington New Town, Durham County, curated by artist-in-residence Brian Hoey. Hall reviews Video Art - An Anthology, a new collection of articles from, among others, David Ross, Eric Cameron and Frank Gillette, along with notes, manifestos, diagrams and stills. Hall's only criticism of the anthology is that it is American-centric. At the end of the column, Hall briefly mentions a video research fellowship at Wolverhampton Polytechnic.
