VIVA award winners' works provide a powerful display

Rosenberg briefly presents the 1993 winners of an award from Vancouver Institute for the Visual Arts (VIVA). Pratt and Tsang's respective works are described, as well as the work of another honouree, Metcalfe. The second half of the article describes local video art exhibitions by other artists.
