A Study of Surfaces: A Review

This article reviews the Kate Craig retrospective Skin at the Vancouver Art Gallery. The article further provides an overview of her work from 1975 to 1989, and find that in her practice, Craig raises the questions: Are surfaces superficial? Or are surfaces meaningful sites requiring attention in their own right?
