Guy Ben-Ner's solo video show at the Mass MoCa contains domestic interventions pieces such as Wild Boy, which feature his son. In this video piece, there is a play of the construction in the spatial settings in the home as well in the use of language. Through the process of communication, matching and mirroring are unconstructed in the collaborative, semiotic and playful exchanges between the father and son. Subjecthood is re-inscribed in the semiotic space of the film.
