Stop(the)Gap: International Indigenous art in motion, 2011
This is an exhibition programme for Stop(the)Gap: International Indigenous art in motion, which was curated by Brenda L. Croft. The exhibition featured video and performance artists from Canada, America, Australia, and New Zealand, and included artworks which address issues of colonialism, aboriginal traditions and culture, violence against aboriginal women, and cultural identity. This programme describes work by Rebecca Belmore, Dana Claxton, Alan Michelson, Nova Paul, Lisa Reihana, and Warwick Thornton.
