Rebecca Belmore and Lee-Ann Martin discuss Belmore's video, performance and installation artwork in relation to the themes of snow, cold, and blankets. Belmore's work looks at the historical and continuing prejudice against Aboriginal peoples in Canada. Belmore's work often questions how historical events involving Aboriginals has been portrayed, and draws attention to issues and events that have either been ignored or forgotten.
