Elizabeth Peters provides a brief review of Mollie Gregory's book Women Who Run The Show: How a Brilliant and Creative New Generation of Women Stormed Hollywood. Gregory questions the way in which the filmic voice is still dominantly male by interviewing several women in their struggles within the film business.
A second review by Ken Miller focuses on Alexandra Juhasz' book, Women of Vision: Histories in Feminist Film and Video. Juhasz also interviews various female directors to emphasize the importance of "Feminist Filmmaking".
