Rosa Barba:: Subject to Constant Change
Art Monthly, Apr. 2013, no. 365, pp. 27-28
Author Bob Dickinson reviews Italian-German visual artist Rosa Barba's solo Subject to Change at Cornerhouse in Manchester and Turner Contemporary in Margate. Barba's exhibition explores cinema's material elements by creating a series of new multi-platform film installations. Barba engages film relics from the analogue era that once belonged to the BBC's former studios within her sculptural installations.
