The Captive: John Greyson's time in Egyptian prison

Canadian filmmaker and gay activist John Greyson and emergency room doctor Tarek Loubani were arrested during a demonstration in Cairo and spend fifty days inside Tora Prison. During their trip Greyson was shooting Loubani's work for his film Jericho. Author Jason McBride describes in great detail Greyson's involvement in Toronto's LGBT movement and his artistic background. McBride also discusses the events that took place starting from when Greyson and Loubani were arrested until their return to Canada.
