Review of Aleesa Cohene's exhibit "I Know You Know" at Oakville Gallery. The videos in the installation allow the viewer to eavesdrop on two psychoanalysis sessions. Placed throughout the gallery are objects that are featured in the videos and work to heighten the immersive experience. Cohene has also added scents to the objects to further provide an affective reaction with installation. The experience begins to replicate the cognitive and emotional experience of an actual trip to a therapy session.
