This Curatorial Incubator is a co-presentation of Vtape and Niagara Artists Centre (NAC). The works in this series speak to the notion of "the local" in three distinct ways: "alternative actions and attitudes" that "queer spaces" around the city of Toronto; exploring the role of Sheridan College in encouraging non-fiction and experimental non-fiction filmmaking, leading to the formation of "The Escarpment School" of filmmakers; and the city's invisible sectors and missing memories.
