Video Ground Zero was not an exhibition, a festival, a screening series, nor was it a touring programme. This was a large showcase, bringing the world to a new venue for VTape - Toronto, the city itself. Two prominent programmers/curators, as well as four important artists/curators were selected for this process, each being asked to select an artist whose work they felt was important "right now".
