Catalogue produced for ARTROPOLIS, a project of the Vancouver Artists League and the Unit 306 society that aimed to showcase British Columbia's cultural producers. It "engaged seven curators to work independently in disciplinary areas - Anna Banana, performance; Elizabeth Vander Zaag, video; and Alex Varty, music - or along conceptual themes - Mario Barling, self image; Todd Davis, bookworks; Donna Hagerman, play as an element of art practice; and Willard Holmes, urban renewal." (Quote taken from page 6 of the catalogue.) Catalogue contains over one-hundred pages of photographs of the artworks included in the exhibition, an introduction which described the history and process of how the exhibition came together, curatorial statements from each of the seven curators, a list of the artists and performers involved and two pages of acknowledgments. The exhibition ran from October 3 to 2, 1987.
